Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Scope

This policy describes data handling for blueugc.com and the BlueUGC Chrome Extension. The extension has one purpose: to show eligible BlueUGC tasks on supported X/Twitter pages and to transmit the task proof that a user deliberately submits for review.

2. Information We Handle

We may handle account data obtained through X/Twitter OAuth, including a username, profile image, follower count, account age, and X user ID. For platform payments we handle the wallet address and network a user enters.

When the extension is connected, Chrome stores a device-specific BlueUGC pairing token locally. The server stores a one-way hash of that token, not its plaintext. On supported X/Twitter pages, the extension may send the minimum public post URL/ID, task ID, required-action signal, dwell-time evidence, IP address, and user-agent information needed to show a task, prevent abuse, and review a submission. It does not access direct messages, passwords, payment-card data, or browsing activity outside X/Twitter.

We also process proof the user chooses to submit, such as a public post URL, optional text, screenshots, and review notes.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate a user, pair a Chrome profile, display configured tasks, reserve task slots, assess submitted proof, credit approved rewards, process withdrawal requests, operate support, and investigate fraud or policy violations. Client-side interaction signals are evidence only; they do not by themselves guarantee approval or payment.

4. Review and Sharing

Task proof may be processed by automated review providers and may be viewed by BlueUGC moderators when this is necessary to review the proof, investigate fraud, respond to a support request, or comply with law. We do not sell user data or use it for personalized advertising. We may share the minimum necessary data with payment providers for USDT payouts, technical service providers that operate our review infrastructure, or authorities where legally required.

5. Security and Retention

Data is transmitted to BlueUGC over HTTPS. Pairing tokens are delivered once to the extension and are represented on the server by a hash. Tokens can be revoked by disconnecting the device; device tokens also expire. We retain account and task-review records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the account, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

6. Chrome Extension Permissions

The extension requests only storage to store its local pairing token and task cache, alarms to refresh available tasks, and host access to x.com, twitter.com, and blueugc.com. These permissions support the extension's single purpose and are not used for advertising, profiling, or sale of data.

7. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

BlueUGC's use of information received from Chrome extension permissions complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We collect and use only data necessary for the disclosed task-discovery and proof-review features; we do not transfer it for advertising, sell it, or permit human access except where the user has submitted proof for review, where required for security or law, or where otherwise permitted by that policy.

8. Your Choices

You may disconnect the extension in its Settings page, which removes its local pairing token and stops extension API requests from that Chrome profile. You may request account-data deletion or raise a privacy question by contacting privacy@blueugc.com. Account deletion may be subject to records we must retain for fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, or legal compliance.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when our data practices change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. For privacy-related inquiries, contact privacy@blueugc.com.
