Terms of Service

By accessing BlueUGC or connecting the BlueUGC Chrome Extension, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and comply with the rules of X/Twitter and any applicable law.

The Chrome Extension is a task-discovery and proof-submission companion. It may display eligible BlueUGC tasks on supported X/Twitter pages and capture task-related evidence after you accept a task. It does not post, like, reply, repost, quote, follow, or otherwise act on your X/Twitter account for you. You remain solely responsible for every social action you take.

Accepting a task reserves a limited slot for a limited time. You must complete the task truthfully and submit valid proof. A captured client-side action, a timer, or an extension status indicator is not final proof of completion. BlueUGC may request further evidence, reject incomplete or misleading proof, expire a reservation, or reverse an improperly issued reward where permitted by law.

Submissions are reviewed by AI and/or human moderators. A reward is not earned, credited, or payable until BlueUGC approves the relevant submission. USDT withdrawals require a correct user-provided address and supported network; blockchain transfers can be delayed or irreversible. BlueUGC is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address, unsupported network, or third-party network failure.

You may not create multiple accounts, automate interactions, use bots, falsify proof, manipulate timers or task evidence, circumvent platform controls, misuse extension tokens, interfere with X/Twitter, or otherwise attempt to obtain an unearned reward. Violations may result in rejection, reversal, token revocation, account suspension, or other appropriate action.

BlueUGC may change, suspend, or discontinue task types, review methods, extension availability, verification modes, reward rules, and eligibility criteria. Material changes will be communicated through the platform where reasonably practicable.

The platform and extension are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, BlueUGC disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, market, blockchain, or third-party platform losses arising from use of the service.
